I propose a new religious ceremony that must be performed anytime the devotee is engaged in labor for hire:

Once an hour for a period of 5 minutes, or once every two hours for a period of 15 minutes, with a few exceptions and workarounds, work will stop and the devotee will perform one or more of the following activities in honor of their self and their religion.

1. Go to the bathroom
2. Get a drink
3. Take a walk
4. Sit, rest, and/or meditate
5. Connect with their community

What new religious ceremony would you like to follow?
