Ukraine NewsSwitzerland wants to bypass its strict neutrality to allow arms exports but still keep the ban on supplying to Ukraine. The government proposed lifting export restrictions in "exceptional circumstances" if it serves the foreign policy or national security interests and supports the Swiss arms industry.
