But that was found already be the name given to an insect (like most cool names). </p><p>In 1910 it was changed to Euoplocephalus. </p><p>In 1971 Walter Coombs concluded that all anklyosaurid remains from the <a href="https://sauropods.win/tags/Campanian" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Campanian</span></a> of North America belonged to Euoplocephalus. </p><p>Recently paleontologists have reverted several back to their own species.</p>
