Johan Wärlander 🦀<p>So here's what I'm learning about cold plunges, as someone being used to "cold" showers..</p><p>At 10+ °C they're pretty much the same, but easier! Instead of intermittent exposure forcing readjustment until you're "numb", you only have to adjust once.</p><p>At 8-9 °C, there's more bite to it, especially for the arms.. Sort of painfully cold.</p><p>Now, at 6-7 °C, it's more of a shock going in!
