The choice is to serve the will of the oligarchs interests, or that of the people’s diverse interests. The oligarchs serve the short term interests of profit taking no matter the costs of the consequences, so they finance the rape, sack, pillage and game Nations. Politics that serves those interests that are ethically sustainable recognise the value of diverse interests and their democratic rights. Democracy can be made stronger or weaker, stronger if the interests are balanced!
