Lukas Kahwe Smith<p><span class="h-card"><a href="https://drupal.community/@znerol" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>znerol</span></a></span> clarification. it is they who are arguing that the <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/GPL2" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GPL2</span></a> is triggered. indeed this is client side <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/javascript" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>javascript</span></a> code, in fact it is commonly not pulled in as a dependency but loaded in as a separate JS file. anyway, their argument imho has no legal basis. but honestly if this is their interpretation, I will stay clear. I wanted to use their GPL2 license for non paying users but pay to use their proprietary plugins for users subscribed to my <a href="https://mastodon.green/tags/SaaS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SaaS</span></a> service.</p>
