She had just turned 48 in August. She was my wife's niece. A 2 1/5 year fight against colon cancer--I don't know the specifics, but she and her family weren't about sharing every detail of the process along the way.My gut tells me she stopped treatments.She was a teacher, a mother of twin girls who were hard won, as her husband had severe kidney disease when they were first married. Infact, her mother donated one of her's to him.She was a high school Spanish teacher, very smart and talented at teaching. It's a huge loss to our family. Her cancer was not found early enough.GET YOURSELF CHECKED.

Simon 🌻Had my yearly appointment today to get my prostate checked. Not the normal valentine day but needs must 😊. On a serious note, if you have any worries or notice something that isn’t normal, get yourself to the Doctor. Don’t wait until it could be too late.
