Len
Playing Dishonored 2 for the first time and man, I'm struggling! How on earth did I make it through the first game only killing two people?...

I think Hitman WoA has given me some bad habits, too. Guards go to alert mode way faster here, you can't pick up any old random crap to throw as a distraction, and distracted guards don't just walk right to where the bottle landed and go "huh, that's odd", they immediately start seeking you out.

I like the fact that they give you an option to flat-out refuse the magic powers, though. Honestly I felt they spoiled the first game. They made it waaay too easy to just bypass guards altogether by teleporting. I remember watching a speedrun once and they did exactly the same thing.

I realise that probably means I'm playing the game in a challenge mode. I did bump the difficulty down from Hard to Medium, too. All that Hitman experience is not a substitute for Dishonored experience, as it turns out, and it was so long ago that I played the first one

#Dishonored #Dishonored2 #Hitman
