Nearly every single major country around the globe is struggling with healthcare and nearly none of them are harnessing the power of holistic & indigenous medicine, especially in the primary care scene.

I’m a firm believer that most forms of medicine have their place/time but when our conventional system is struggling these more holistic approaches to primary care get left out of the conversation entirely.

I attended some colleagues graduation today which simultaneously marks 1 year until I graduate as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) in April 2026!

It has been a batshit crazy ride to get this degree but the thing that has kept me going through it all is that I know how powerful this medicine is when you combine modern science with the immutable laws of nature healing can, does, and will happen.

I love this philosophical approach but ultimately, I’m simply a co-conspirator with Mother Nature; she’s the one who does the real healing work in people’s lives.

With the right tools and proper guidance, all of us can flourish if you’re open to it!
