The Justice Department has produced zero evidence that he was involved in a drug gang. Zero. None. Let’s be very clear. Every person in the United States is entitled to due process by the constitution. We find this in BOTH the Fourteenth Amendment and the Fifth Amendment: no person shall be “deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.”The Administration has, therefore, acted lawlessly. If this can happen to an immigrant, don’t assume you’re safe because you’re a citizen.
