I didn't want it to come to this, but here we are. If you've followed me for any amount of time, I'm sure you're aware of the continuing drama coming from an accident I was in a few years ago.
If you're not, long story short I was in an accident where I was operating an uninsured tractor. Officer on scene issued a ticket, ticket was thrown out by a judge because farm equipment doesn't require insurance in Illinois. Two years later, I receive a letter from the state saying that while I didn't violate any laws, I am still responsible for the damage to the other vehicle. The letter also stated that my license will be suspended on November 1 if I do not submit the full amount of the damages ($11,116), an agreement not to sue, or a payment plan agreement from the affected person. The latter two I have not been able to obtain.
So, that brings me to this post.
I need help.
If I lose my license, I'm going to lose my job. I'm in a rural area, so public transportation, bicycles, etc. aren't an option for getting to work.

Hi, I was forced to quit my job about a month ago now due to being forced to move by my partners anti-lgbt parents.
We moved to a much more rural area out of necessity unfortunyately job prospects are not looking so great out here.
They effectively kicked us out because they did not approve of what their church teaches them about "homosexual relationships" like the one i have with my transfem partner....
Both my partner and myself have cut down on a lot of our expenses and we desperately need assistance to help pay for a 3+ hour trip to the specialty clinic my partner goes to for her medical needs. Gas is expensive and I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide even if it's only boosting this post.
