En effet, depuis plusieurs années, le numérique s’est imposé dans le domaine scolaire, devenant partie prenante des pratiques pédagogiques. CurseursComme pour nous tous·tes, l’internet permet d’abord aux sans-papiers de communiquer avec leurs familles et de se tenir informé·es. Ensuite, dans un contexte où les guichets sont progressivement fermés ou accessibles uniquement via un rendez-vous devant être pris en ligne, l’accès internet est aussi devenu de plus en plus incontournable pour réaliser leurs démarches administratives et de régularisation. Curseurs🗞️ Internet au croisement des luttes : équiper les sans-papiers en Région bruxelloise→ Depuis quelques années, l’asbl Neutrinet installe des connexions internet dans des occupations de sans-papiers à Bruxelles. Un manque de chance alors que nous préparions justement leur remplacement prochainement... Mais peu importe la loi de Murphy... Être artisan·ne·s d'un internet qui nous appartient, c'est aussi mettre les mains dans le cambouis au data center un samedi après-midi... 🥦 Célo 🥦Dimanche, le hub infra de <a href="https://pics.brocolis.party/discover/tags/Neutrinet?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Neutrinet</a> a fait connaissance avec le <a href="https://pics.brocolis.party/discover/tags/SAN?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#SAN</a> qui viendra remplir notre armoire de datacenter au côté des nouveaux serveurs. Cette machine, dont la fonction est de fournir un gigantesque espace de stockage, servira à proposer des backups aux membres de l'association pour leurs briques internet et autres "parpaing" utilisés pour auto-héberger leurs services web et mails. Il s'agit d'un matériel de récupération dont le système est propriétaire et ne tolère que certains disques très chers, optimisés pour les entreprises. Alors que nous pensions utiliser un modèle nous permettant d'utiliser des disques SATA Western Digital, facile à trouver dans le cas où nous souhaiterions upgrader le stockage par la suite, nous devrons finalement utiliser un autre modèle de SAN avec des disques SAS... Ceux-ci remplaceront prochainement Topi, Nam et Bour, qui assurent de bons et loyaux services au data center depuis 2020.
