rwa<p>I really like my <a href="https://clttr.it/tags/fairphone" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Fairphone</span></a> 5 - it's reasonably fast, everything i need works (mostly without GAFAM as far as i can get atm) and i intend to use it for a long time.<br><br>But there is one "downside" of using a niche phone:<br>I want to attach my phone to my bikes, but all the cool kids (<a href="https://clttr.it/tags/peakdesign" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PeakDesign</span></a>, <a href="https://clttr.it/tags/spconnect" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SPConnect</span></a>, <a href="https://clttr.it/tags/quadlock" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>QuadLock</span></a>) don't have specific cases for the Fairphone. I could go with an universal adapter, but alas i'm not sure if they will work fine (and safe) with an ordinary TPU case.</p>

Kevin Smith<p>So for several months I've been without a way to have my phone mounted on my bike. I looked at the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/PeakDesign" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PeakDesign</span></a> and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Quadlock" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Quadlock</span></a> mounting systems. I liked that Peak Design had a fabric texture case but didn't like that either was a proprietary ecosystem. or that both had reports of interfering with wireless charging and more recently, Peak are Yanks so, no. </p><p>2/3</p>
