#ThrowbackThursday "The Water Tower" trail by my residence (no other location description to help me remember where it was), February 2022, and a blossoming interest in litter

a personal favorite, one that's been my desktop background on and off for years, a close-up of a Jefferson nickel, dated 1990, legible but with a moderately scored surface, laying on the desert floor, surrounded by gravel and cradled by a twig that wraps around its right side

$more "human litter on the desert floor", this time near sunset, a square of broken windshield glass, the shattered pieces still bound together by the adhesive on the bottom side, fractured in almost a "clamshell" pattern, surrounded by rough & gritty red gravel$

Reisemanagement digital: Modul FI-TV im Einsatz

Das Team „humboldt gemeinsam“ hat mit dem Fachbereich intensiv an der Einführung des Reisemanagement-Systems SAP FI-TV zusammengearbeitet, um die gesamten Prozesse rund um Dienstreisen – Anträge, Vorschüsse und Abrechnungen – zu digitalisieren. Nun wird FI-TV für ausgewählte Bereiche freigegeben: für die Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftliche Fakultät, die Abteilung Internationales sowie das Servicezentrum Forschung. Im Roll-Out-Verfahren erfolgt sukzessive die weitere Aufschaltung des Systems flächendeckend für die gesamte Humboldt-Universität.
