One month later and the above 
soap dish design is going very strong:
- soap bar is always dry
- accumulation of residuals in the fine grid below is minimal
- a quick rinse with hot water gets rid of it immediately
- TESA powerstrips still rule
- amazing to have the sink free from stuff for cleaning
