Nikhil 🐧<p>ok so now that a <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/Nintendo" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Nintendo</span></a> Switch2 is off the table for me (because I would feel REALLY stupid buying it and not truly owning it)<br>I was thinking about a <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/steamdeck" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>steamdeck</span></a>. </p><p>But then I felt like I really don't plan to carry a gaming console with me anymore and the only reason I'd want one is because of its handy form factor.</p><p>But since the <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/archlinux" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>archlinux</span></a> based <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/SteamOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SteamOS</span></a> was recently released to the public, that made me think: maybe just build a small form factor gaming PC (basically Mini-ITX) and run <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/SteamOS3" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SteamOS3</span></a> and connect it to the TV 😄 </p><p>Main usage would be Final Fantasy XIV, Guild Wars 2, whatever indie games from Steam, and I guess some other stuff 🏴‍☠🤓</p>
