I was told my state was told at the last minute what dates were available for the portable <a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/W1AW" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>W1AW</span></a> operation. The leaderboard continues to be vaporware.</p><p>All that stuff should have been developed last year.</p><p>I, honestly, think VOTA was concocted at the last minute. The only thing that will make it effective will be the volunteers.</p>
