Now a days every condom is sold in different flavours. The fragrance i.e The aromatic element present in them has the main cause of intoxication. Condoms are soaked in water for 10-12 hrs, so that the aromatic elements are released and converted into Alcohol.The same element is also added to dentrite glue, After this water is drunk. Due to this many youths have got addicted to this.
