Anybody have experience with #antidepressant #ssri and how they play together with #melatonin?
I stopped taking melatonin for a few months, started again, slept better (more REM sleep) for a few days and am now crashing down *hard* with symptoms of #depression and #sensoryOverload. I feel existentially exhausted and overwhelmed by sadness.
Anybody have similar experiences?
