Hier mein persönliches Lieblingsrezept für einen Tschunk:
Zutaten für 1 Glas (2 cl):
- 40 ml anständigen Rum
- Mio-Mate
- 1 Bio-Limette
- 2 EL Rohrzucker, leicht gehäuft
- Eiswürfel
Die Limette achteln und in das Glas geben.
Rohrzucker und Rum hinzugeben.
Mit einem Holz-Stampfer die Limetten im Glas zerdrücken.
Eis dazu, mit Mate auffüllen und etwas umrühren. Fertig.

Bellinis (nowadays) typically contain Prosecco and peach purée.
My sausage rolls have a Prosecco and blue cheese sausage, with a peach and sage jam, wrapped up in puff pastry - and there’s a bunch of other good stuff in there too, making these about the heartiest veggie sausage rolls I’ve ever had!

45ml gin
30ml elderflower liqueur
5ml lemon juice
5ml lime juice
1 egg white
Shake everything with ice, strain away the ice and dryshake, strain into a prechilled glass and garnish with citrus peel.
Nice, sweet and floral. About what you'd except.

40ml Gin, 10ml Absinthe, 15ml Lime juice, 10ml dbl Syrup, 6 mint leaves, muddle, shake, dbl strain, mint sprig
Just got a 20cl bottle of La Fée which is a good excuse to finish the last 10ml of Absente 55.
I like Mr Godwin's version.
