kundu 🌱🔻🐧<p>Menu vegano 3</p><p>Hoy pure (casi un consomé que es como mas me gusta) de apio, champis, puerro, brocoli, navo y calabacin. </p><p>De segundo tofu salteado con maicena para que quede mas crujiente. Luego preparo una salsa con agua mantequilla de cacahuete, salsa de soja, ajo en polvo, zumo de limon, sal y sirope de agave o azucar. Todo a ojo total probando para ajustar.
