What a wonderfully #democratic and #conservative (I mean that is a good way) idea. I hope this idea spreads to more countries around the world.

I like the idea that we don't sell, we share seeds.

#heirloom seeds should/must be a local non-bigCorp operations since the seeds would have been selected by #motherNature to be the best for the local area.

We need variety in everything we do, that is how we get better.

Donald #Trump argued that a #GOP budget bill should help only #Republican states instead of benefiting #Democratic governors.

"We're going to make a couple of tweaks," Trump said of his "one big beautiful bill" during a Tuesday trip to #CapitolHill. "I mean, we don't want to benefit #Democrat governors, although I would do that if it made it better, but they don't know what they're doing."

The #Democratic leadership in #Congress seems either to be shell-shocked, or else some kind of rope-a-dope strategy like "never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."

Assume it's a Fabian strategy.

In the Punic Wars, Hannibal invaded Italy. The Romans after defeats just gave him the run around, while conducting a scorched earth campaign.

The Democrats are not doing that. The fascists are seizing control of the institutions of state and culture and the Democrats are doing nothing.

I wish the #Democratic #Pundits stopped focusing on assigning blame for past mistakes, and maybe started to focus on what the Democrats need to do to notch significant wins in 2026.

Maybe the #DNC's treatment of #davidhogg is not the right approach - maybe the Democrats need to listen to the non-MAGA population that voted for Trump, those that voted voted for a 3rd party ( e.g Greens, Cornell West) and especially those that did not vote in the presidential race.

And maybe the Democrats need to start thinking outside of the #neoliberal box they let themselves be trapped in if they want to solve problems.

In response to the proto-Nazi #GOP onslaught, #Democratic Party leadership is weak, ineffective and impotent, but they viciously attack any within the Democratic Party ranks who dare to recommend impeachment of Trump or holding #Republicans to account.

If it wasn't so sad, pathetic and terrifying to see this total lack of leadship, I'd be laughing.

Instead, I'm constantly updating disaster planning in my head, to protect myself and family against this incipient fascist takeover.

Listening to the unedited #SCOTUS argument over the birthright citizenship process, the #Democratic appointed justices continue to be just the worst. Just want to pull my hair out, these justices are completely unqualified, making a joke out of the courts.

Just right off the bat they were making arguments, not asking questions making arguments, that went against history and went against even how courts themselves work. It's like, somehow you managed to find yourself on the Supreme Court but... have you ever been in a court? Because that's not how this works.

From not knowing the role of courts in the US system through seeming to be unaware of other parts of the judicial system through asking bizarre questions about why they themselves don't do things that they themselves can do, they are just bizarre and just pathetic.

But we knew that when they were up for confirmation. Democrats confirmed se these people that clearly were not up for job.

In the end they just came across as children stomping their feet and asking why they can't just make the whole country do what they want to do.

And it's just really a shame.

We need better people in that position to counter #Trump but unfortunately we just have these small-minded justices who can't carry an argument.
