Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) has confirmed that he met today with #WrongfullyDeported man #KilmarAbregoGarcia in #ElSalvador. The two shared a meal, and the Senator was able to relay messages to and from Abrego Garcia's wife.

Van Hollen had earlier announced he was heading to El Salvador to meet with Abrego Garcia. Initially, the Senator attempted to visit Abrego Garcia in the prison, but was turned away. Thursday afternoon, he posted photos of himself and Mr. #AbregoGarcia with the text:

"I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight, I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return."

A Louisiana immigration judge ruled Friday that activist #MahmoudKhalil can be #deported.

Khalil, who as a Columbia University graduate student led pro-Palestinian protests there last year, was detained last month after Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he had determined that Khalil's activism was antisemitic and that allowing him to remain in the country would undermine a U.S. foreign policy goal of combatting antisemitism around the world.

#trump and his regime find themselves in ANOTHER contempt of court situation.

Maryland judge Paula Xinis has ordered Kilmar Abrego Garcia to be returned to the #usa after he was mistaken #deported to El Salvador despite having protected legal status and a valid residency, and no ties to illegal things.

Trump's goons said they could do nothing, which was a lie when the US routinely brings home people detained wrongfully.

We'll see what they do.

Salvadoran prisoners were told to remove their shirts to show off their gang tattoos. But NONE of these gang members were arrested in the U.S or deported by Trump.
