Just had someone try to challenge me on how a particular api worked using copy and paste from chat gtp.
Chat GTP “hallucinated” its answer.
I told them it was wrong. They keep trying to say no the AI is right ! I share with them the api documentation.
They reply again feeding the AI this time with the documentation.
Chat GTP than admitted it was mostly wrong and still ended up saying more stuff that wasn’t correct.
They keep arguing with me. Did they once try to actually run the API ? Nope.
I feel like understandably, I am losing my patients
Struggling to not tell them off ...
I must be a very poor developer, because I catch so many potential bugs with my tests. All those other devs that make things without tests must surely be much better than me?
