Evan Centanni (PolGeoNow)<p>After low-turnout referendum in support, <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Venezuela" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Venezuela</span></a> looks to have formally fully annexed (absorbed) the disputed <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/GuayanaEsequiba" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GuayanaEsequiba</span></a> / <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Essequibo" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Essequibo</span></a> region, currently controlled by <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Guyana" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Guyana</span></a>.
