Hey GusSo the geology in the cinque terre is incredible. Nearly the entire coast line is made up of <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/ductile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ductile</a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/folds" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#folds</a> (I think). I still haven’t really looked at these pictures or researched the geology. I believe there is a considerable amount of limestone and something else.Depending on your client and device I would suggest zooming in on this image. To me it was a unique scale of this type of formation. Seems very chaotic, or violent. Difficult to find any patterns to theorize how and why.
