DaveMinorEpson has increased prices on at least several of its home theater projectors by 24%. 5050UB was $3k and is now $3720. LS11000 was $4k and is now $4960.Both projectors had a $300 discount early last week, both at resellers *and* epson.com, that appeared to be permanent, since both projectors are a few years old now. That is, you could order a 5050UB from both epson and a big box store a week ago for $2700 (as I did).However today, resellers have removed that discount, whereas epson has actually increased the previous undiscounted price by 24%. these machines will destroy US.I'm sure I knew this already but Plex on the Apple TV does not have resolution matching, and framerate matching options in the app like the Android TV version of the app does. Maybe because it just takes the global settings from the Apple TV?Also I just completed a RIP of a Dolby Vision movie and it seems work well in both Plex and Jellyfin. Not sure if it's FEL or not. Not 100% sure what FEL is but it seems to be important to <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/hometheater" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#hometheater</a> folks when it comes to streaming a DV library from home.
