Is there a case to join the #AmericanParty? #Democrats have obviously given up, looking to fold up their tent. #Greens are satisfied with bragging rights 2040, which is a good strategy, waiting for our #boomer #hippies to die. #Libertarians are typically having #ibs due to cognitive dissonance. Is this a way to let an drug addled #oligarch to fund the paper work then have a #worker takeover that is progressive and #antiracist? I don't think so, but always looking for weakness. #uspol

Not a good week. Fibro then IBS flare up. Not nice after a lovely 2 week holiday but a reminder of why I eat a carnivore diet. I was foolish enough to think I could go back to a more normal style diet but just adding little things has made it clear I can’t. So I’m grateful for:
1. The carnivore diet that restored my health and I know will fix these flare ups.
2. A comfortable home, where I’m safe.
3. A supportive partner and good work colleagues.

I deviated from my usual eating patterns for my birthday party on Sunday and am still dealing with the repercussions today. I love birthday cake, strawberry daiquiris, and snacking all day, but my GI tract does not. It went on strike.

I was so bloated last night that I looked third-trimester pregnant. I'm considerably smaller today after deplorable bathroom shenanigans taking place throughout the night courtesy of a teeny weeny pill, but I have no appetite. I have been sipping on tea and avoiding the gym. Hopefully I'll be recovered enough for @Knightky 's work party tomorrow. Phew! #IBS #Diverticulosis #Gastroparesis #Dyspepsia #ChronicIllness
