First sunshine in many days.
Mellie was happy to be able to walk without getting soaking wet.
The #balcony looks really empty, only a few #flowers, some #strawberries and one #tomato plant this season.
Getting ready to sell the #apartment.

Trying to sell my hydroponic system. Don't have the heart to take it down
It has
- 1 Jalapeno pepper
- 1 Habanero pepper
- 1 serrano pepper
&
- 1 flower
2x12L dutch bucket systems and a 40L water reservoir, with 2 timers, one for the light and one for the pump.
The 17W LED light is from discontinued IKEA Växer system.
It's now full of pepper flowers and fruits.

Happy 10th birthday Mellie
Sweetest dog I've ever had.
Here she is being "good girl" at her favorite boulangeri so she can get a croissant.
My wife went to Sweden to meet the girls and Mellie is really sad and looking for her everywhere when we are outside and sleeping all the time. Sh hasn't eaten anything all day.
Baked some more bread tonight and had a plate of cold cuts, tomatoes , pickles with cheese, cheese, and cheese for dinner!
70% white flour and 30% whole-wheat. Wit sesame on top.
Not much work, but it takes about 3h to make.
I was so excited that a Turkish grocery store opened just a block from my apartment.
They have the yogurt I love in 1kg and 5kg containers.
After almost 2 months, they have cut back in items available for sale, prices have gone up between 30 and 90%.
It's still cheaper than major shops, but it's kinda sad.
I guess they realized they wouldn't make enough money or the demand was so high they decided to increase the prices to increase profit.
But I'm happy for now. No more single pack yogurt or î Euro price for 1kt ones. Plus these are much tastier than those fake Greek yogurt they sell in the shops.
They don't have Bulgarian feta cheese so I still have to go to Nice or Cannes for those.
It started with a small cutting from the park next to our apartment last year.
And now it is growing into a very big and beautiful plant with lots of babies (I have cit most of them and going to use them in the hydroponic tower I am building to give to my friend in Lyon.
PS. The pot and the holder are also items I found on the street

Tried to trim Mellie a final trim to fix parts I missed last time.
I didn't do a great job, but at least she doesn't lookike a homeless dog any more. I need to buy scissors that are safe to trim her fur because the ones I have are not safe and I'm afraid I may poke her in the face of eye.
Tomorrow is bath time.
Baked some bread tonight.
Love using the bread maker as mixer. Makes life so much easier.
Half a cube of yeast (20g), 3tbs of sugar, mixed in a warm glas of water and left aside for about 30 minutes.
190g whole wheat and 190g white flour.
3 TBS of milk powder.
1 table spoon of salt and 4 table spoon of olive oil.
Added almost one glas of warm water.
Mixed in the breead and let it rise for half an hour.
Then dividend it into 4, and made 4 lengths, brushed with mix of milk and butter and let it rise in the oven for 40 minutes and then baked in the middle of the oven at 250°C for about 35 minutes.
Almost no work and just one item to wash!
Ps. Forgot to ass sesame seeds on top of them
going to use the bread maker for mixing the dough for pita bread.
It's much less messy than doing it in the mixer and less items to wash.
Plus it keeps the dough warm during the rising.
Will bake 8 pita today and if it works, maybe some pizza tonight
There was a cat in the Park and squirrels are making a lot of noise driving Mellie crazy, she keeps running around trying to find them
