I noticed a couple of days ago that we had an uninvited visitor in our garage.

At first I wasn't sure that this mousetrap would actually work and it seemed that perhaps I was just feeding peanut butter to a mouse with a rapidly expanding waistline. But after two days, I found the mouse in the trap just before I went to bed last night.

We then went on a little midnight bicycle ride to a place with some trees a couple of km from home on the other side of the canal. I assume mice aren't likely to find their way back from that distance...

I'm also looking forward to crossplaying with my friends who only play on console (assuming I can opt to only matchmake based on inputs because I don't want to subject them to MnK lol)

I do think it's interesting that intentional PC-console crossplay is taking time to develop since it seemed to work really well when that bug had consoles accidentally matching to PC lobbies lol

Nightshift has started: after the first play mouse got below the couch a second play/training mouse was hunted and shared (approx 60 min).
While I could capture and release the second mouse, I hope the first one will "test" a (life) trap later so I can release her, too.

Black cat May is lying on the floor with brown tiles and reaching with her left paw to the mouse. The mouse is tired "playing" hide and seek behind a big, black bag of potting soil.
May is looking clockwise around the black bag of potting soil, the mouse just came out from behind the bag.
