It has some of the features of a laptop with an obnoxious form factor making transportation interesting. Also probably doesn't offer any cost savings over a laptop but it was a fun project. Koen MartensFinally, the missing puzzle piece of my hetzner exit plan, the off-site backups of my home office, sorted out. Looked at cloud hosting, looked at colocation, but in the end settled on an Odroid HC4 with two 8TB spinning rust drives running armbian. Using syncoid to transfer encrypted zfs datasets to it. Ich hatte das vor ein paar Wochen schon einmal und habe dort <a href="https://soc.umrath.net/tags/immich" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#immich</a> und der durchaus nicht geringen Last durch den Import und die Analyse von ~2TB die Schuld gegeben.Aber das kann es diesmal nicht gewesen sein, denn immich läuft jetzt dediziert auf einem <a href="https://soc.umrath.net/tags/Odroid" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Odroid</a> N2+.Nach einem Reboot des Nodes ist alles wieder im grünen Bereich.Merkwürdig.
