No <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Esri" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Esri</span></a> account so I think no esri basemaps are available (because of copyright).</p>

GDAL cannot reproject the Wagner VII projection:</p><p>ERROR 1: PROJ: pipeline: Pipeline: A forward operation couldn't be constructed<br>ERROR 1: Too many points (441 out of 441) failed to transform, unable to compute output bounds.</p><p>Is there some workaround? But each column, and each row, should be equal population.</p><p>The center point should be the median center of population</p><p>Data from Kontur 22km hex cell centroids.</p>
