Dis<p>I started a third batch of <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/pepper" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>pepper</span></a> sauce fermenting last night. Filled the jar 3/4 with whole peppers (mostly red thai fish peppers, with a few greens and 4 scotch bonnets) then cut it all up with half an onion, half a mango and a carrot.
