The key to happiness is just gaslighting yourself.
It's about learning to #trust yourself, eventhough you don't. Like, every few days I HAVE to remind myself that I'm a creative person and can actually achieve creation by letting myself dive into my curiosity.
Or sometimes just the ability to get out of bed and have a full day is just something I have to tell myself I can do whereas I wake up being quite sure i should rot in bed all day and rest.
