Carl S. Marc Jacobs<p>In the supermarket pickle section today, my wife picked an orange colored pickle instead of the yellow takuan she usually gets. </p><p>We ate it with dinner. </p><p>It’s called “Tsubozuke,” and was fantastic. Made from dried radish, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. </p><p>I need to learn more about Japanese pickles. </p><p>つぼ漬 / 壺漬け</p><p><a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Japan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Japan</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/JapaneseCooking" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>JapaneseCooking</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/tsukemono" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tsukemono</span></a></p>
