Every now & then, the famous exceptions to the rule happen. The #Dolmenwood, the setting, lures even me into the #DnD clone / #OSR depths. Ok, I don't need the dungeon nonsense, but the spooky fairytale forest has something! I put on my red cape & hurry to grandmother with a bastard sword. #ttrpg
I might wait for the rest of my party to catch up. The #DailyDoor seems to lead to more adventure than I can handle alone.

During a #StarTrekAdventures session:
The OPS and the CSO conspire to get the 1st Officer and the Yeoman on a date.
The Oberth Class' tiny mess hall is deserted. One table is decorated with amigurumi flowers. (The CSO is a stress-crochet'er.) Both the 1st Officer and the Yeoman have been lured to the mess hall by the OPS.
Yeoman: "This isn't my fault."
1st Officer: "I know whose fault it is."
Mela: (out of character) "What gave it away?"
Mixed translucent/opaque teals, with tiny pink snakes and flowers. I never know until the end if the base color of the blank I use is going to be too busy or too simple, but I think I rather like this mix.
CSO: "Have you ever heard of …" *lowers her voice* "… Disco?"

GM: "What are you trying to do?"
Mela: "Well, basically … a dance-off?"
GM: "Let me get back to you in 90 seconds while I think about what I'm letting you roll …"
The more I read about Abkhasia, the more I think this country was created specifically to be used as a location for modern #TTRPG

I'm not done with my #P1e dread #vukodlak yet. Its CR was too low for its statistics, so I bumped CR another +1 to CR 6 and gave it a swallow whole ability that does 1d2 Con damage. Since its CR bumped, I also bumped CR and MR of the mythic version (yes, I made a #mythic version) from MR 2 to MR 3, which granted it another mythic feat (extra mythic power) and another mythic ability (darkness aura as mythic #worg).

One of the things I wanted to do with that recent Weirder Tales PDF, in the new introduction, was shed a little light on what a good #TTRPG editor actually does, because I think there's a lot of misunderstanding around that, and even some popular/loud misinformation about it.
And I think I shed the requisite light ... but in a place few people are ever going to read. 
I should probably do a blogpost someday.
