Does anybody use Alfred or something similar to call Shortcuts? I’m investigating an integration and I’d like to get some insight/feedback.
@brandonhorst I switched to Raycast over the summer and they have a great integration to easily call shortcuts. I use it all the time!
@benhager do you pass arguments to the shortcuts? Ever files?
@brandonhorst no, I usually don’t pass arguments. But there is a hook to do that in Raycast. I just haven’t played with it.

@brandonhorst If you can make it work with 600 folders and 4000 shortcuts, it’ll be the only one that works for me

@matthewcassinelli I’ll try to throw together a quick proof of concept. Maybe something could be useful to you, maybe not.
@matthewcassinelli so the issue here seems to be that if you try to fetch the icon data for each shortcut, AppleScript itself OOMs. If you just fetch the names it works fine on my machine.
So a hypothetical solution to this would fetch the names and could then fetch the icon data as necessary, and then it wouldn’t crap out.
