The other day someone brought me this surface that was left at an apartment. It was tied to a tenant the landlord couldn't get a hold of anymore. The landlord passed it on to someone in need, who brought it to me. It's now getting a second life with #Ubuntu. Any suggestions for apps that would be useful on this tablet?
@chaslinux there are tons of linux mobile apps that would work great on it
@jason123santa I've just always done desktop stuff on #xubuntu so not really familiar with mobile apps on Ubuntu. Anything specific you find handy?
@chaslinux I currently am using a Surface Tablet for everything, I use it a lot for Krita (signing documents I don't draw), xterm, video (I often call it to YouTube Dinner Plate, but typically watch Emby), just stared playing Kingdom Rush I found in an ancient Humble Bundle, and I love it for quick 3D viewing
