EVERY 3 years HR sends a questionnaire to 8000 employees with the exact same ineffectual questions, and then summarizes the answers in THE MOST INEFFICIENT way possible. Costs a fortune.
EVERY time I grumble while I fill it out and mumble about the questions they SHOULD be asking me.
When asked if they would like help improving the validity and design of the #questionnaire #HR said …
… “Oh no, no, no, nooooooooo.”
Of course, I’ve asked why.
Anyone fancy a guess as to what #HR said?
Dunno. But I'm afraid it is something that makes me laugh first and then get mad.

@csaetre Oh gooood we just had our yearly questionnaire at my company. It's one of those generic office worker company ones, asking about my relationship with "my department," "my manager," and "the company strategy."
I'm a rent-a-coder. The other people in my "department" are headcount assigned to customers I have nothing to do with. The company strategy is "rent me."
I'm begging for a questionnaire where more than half of the questions make any sense.
