Doesn't everyone do AI trading? Buy low sell high and then automate it.... Why else would they hype up the lemmings to spend their money?

Nowadays anything (not only LLM) is labelled AI.
And funny, some of that stuff (if you know what you do), does work (generally speaking not the LLM spam monsters, but other stuff can work surprisingly well)
@hosford42 unlike crypto, AI has massive enterprise money behind it so I think hype cycle will last much longer as the tech giants continue to prop it up weekend at Bernie’s style. They’ll continue to subsidize tens of billions in losses to prop up hundreds of billions in market cap value
