Does anyone know of a professional monitoring service that accepts alarms through an API that doesn't require their own hardware? I want to make a DIY #securitysystem that uses #homeassistant to dispatch requests for assistance. I've had a terrible time with simplisafe's range on their wireless protocol. I'd rather set up my own with #zwave and #UniFi Protect Smart Sensors that I can feel confident about and only pay for professional monitoring, not remote access or anything else. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
