This could be me and you if the US government allowed disabled people to get married without losing their benefits...
@literalgrill@sakurajima.moe Some friends of mine married several years ago when being married was better for disability benefits. Then they changed things and now they're worse off, living below the poverty line. Both of them are 100% disabled. Truly fucked up.
@reina @literalgrill It shouldn't matter either way. They need to stop trying to nudge people and manipulate their behavior.
