Really feeling the pull of #EliteDangerous lately. I heard that the #DistantWorlds3 expedition is starting up for next year. I participated in the Distant Worlds 2 expedition and it's some of my happiest gaming memories (and my best friend who works in gaming gets to say “yeah, I know someone who was actually there” whenever the subject comes up).
I need to get back into the game and start outfitting a current-tech exploration ship.
@leedohm - yeah, Elite has been quite a blast to get back into this month! I highly recommend.
How long have you been playing E:D? When did you start?
@TheEnquirer I've been playing off and on since release. I was an original Kickstarter backer, having played the original game as a kid and some of the others along the way.
I did DW2 on my Xbox, so I'm trying to get my PC account up to parity engineering and Guardian tech unlock-wise before all the fun kicks off for DW3.
