Between you and me, if price were not an issue, my dream bike is the new #Ducati Deser X adventure bike. I love its look, and even though I have zero plans to ride off-road, 1) I’d appreciate that suspension on NYC’s knotty streets and 2) since I’m 6’2”, I could really use that adventure-bike tall seats. My current #motorcycle, a 1990 Kawasaki Concours, is relatively tall for a sport-tourer, but still feels “tight” on my knees.
Alas, I don’t currently have a spare $18k for the Ducati. Yet.
@humblebiker Having recently picked up a 2019 #Ducati #Multistrada, I say don't over look a used 2019-2021 950S. If I read correctly, the US only got the spoked wheel version of the S. It is a just dirt capable enough #motorcycle, but has all the fancy suspension, same engine, fancy IMU tricks for the ride modes, and so on. There are deals to be had on these if you look, mine was 2/3 the cost of new, from a dealer, and fully kitted with accessories.
I like the looks of the Multi, but it is not the absolute stunner that the #DesertX is. So that alone may be a deal breaker for some.
