This week, I discovered and experienced the joy of having my two-factor authentication PIN configured within Apple’s password management, and it is a joy to set up and use most of the time1. I’m seriously thinking of leaving Authy behind2. If only Apple had a stand-alone password.app.

Having to go through Safari (Mac) or Settings (iOS) is bad. ↩︎

Migrating from Authy to Apple’s solution required disabling two-factor authentication and then re-enabling it. Tedious. ↩︎
