I sigh every time I see decent open source project resorting to instead of for chat opportunities. I think your video channel needs to post something like "Matrix is very limited: ".

One more idea for similar educational video: go through upcoming features: show MSCs, inner workings and discourse in tickets to make them possible. As a conclusion: how other users can improve it by joining the open process, reading proposals, etc.

@vintprox @matrix There was some argument for that before spaces, as having a bunch of rooms related to each other was a mess, but nowadays, there's no excuse except for laziness.

Yeah, that's like a stigma or curse. When did we start expecting to be "complete", but favoring ? Evolution's gone downhill somewhen.
