That's a bold assumption to think I ever stopped!
Y'all! I'm getting better! 1.4 mile walk on Monday, 1.78 miles yesterday. It's kinda like a marathon - if a marathon were 3 miles long. This is furthest I've been able to walk since getting sick in June 2024.
This is both somewhat embarrassing AND feels like a huge accomplishment, but I am celebrating All The Wins!
