I am back from the #ContinuousImprovementAwards ceremony in my company's headquarters. I got the chance to learn, firsthand, from many colleagues who presented their great improvement initiatives. It was a dense pack of new innovative ideas, positivity, and the urge to improve the status-quo.
I did not win any prize, but I won a special recognition from the jury and more importantly, I had insightful conversations with many colleagues, including in the highest management levels.
I think I have succeeded in showing the importance of our work and getting support from the organization. That's all what counts.
