So in case of defamation like here (Google returns this when someone type my name; so there is no doubt it's about me, because I am only human in the world called Nicolas Mouart as far as I know),

I cannot defend myself, so unfair/pathetic. I'm not even sure this post is on this pod. Google won't remove it, it doesn't belong to me, I need to get a legal order? But which jurisdiction? In the US, the user appears to be American.
