#Dowden is a coward just like his boss. Neither of them have a spine to call out Lee, Braverman and Truss.

What's the difference between Lee and Braverman & Truss. Is it because Lee isn't really one of them and is expendable?

If his comments are disgusting, then so is what Braverman and Truss said.
